Marathon Agapi

The “Marathon Agapi” Radiothon is the major fundraiser for our Welfare Program. This radiothon has been held through CFMB radio since 1969 on air time donated by the station. In summary, the success of our Marathon Agapi has been made possible by the enormous generosity of the previous owners of CFMB, the Stanczykowski Family and now by the new management, Evanov Radio and the CFMB Team. We also extend our heartfelt appreciation to Michael Tellides, Producer and Director of the Hellenic Radio Program and Rena Papathanakou, former radio host of CFMB, who have both been dedicated participants since the beginning and to our generous donors and committed volunteers.
